You may schedule an appointment by calling between 8:30 and 4:30 or use our your Patient Portal. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel/change your appointment.
For well-woman visits, please call several weeks in advance so we can accommodate your schedule. We are no longer practicing obstetrics. During office hours your telephone calls will be answered promptly. Our staff members have been trained to answer many of your questions, which allows the physicians to attend to the scheduled patients with minimal interruption. The staff will relay your information to your physician, who will make a decision regarding your care as quickly as possible.
If you have a medical emergency, our physicians can be reached through our medical exchange at 1-800-756-9124.
We now e-prescribe all prescriptions. Prescription refills will be sent to the pharmacy within 48 hours of the request. Messages left after 5 p.m. on weekdays or anytime on the weekend will not be received until the next business day. The 48 hours will start the next business day.
To obtain all your testing results, we now provide our HIPPA-compliant, secure Patient Portal through Next MD. This portal allows us to send your labs, ultrasounds and bone density results directly to you through email. To obtain access to this portal, you must provide us with a personal e-mail address. You are then assigned a token that allows you to sign up for the portal.
If you do not have access to the internet, you may call the office during normal business hours to obtain your testing results. It can take up to 7 business days for the results to be available. Please be aware that our Phone Tree notification system is no longer active.
